We are very proud of our online business, which has been selling swimming pool supplies for the past twenty years. We decided that we wanted to outsource our online customer communications and chose EcomEvolve because we already knew Phil & Mark and it made it easier as they were experts in our ecommerce software.
For the past two years, Phil has been managing our customer communications to great effect. During the past year, when online search volumes for pool products declined by 25%, due to poor weather, we sustained our sales; increasing conversion rates by 35%, and order values by 10%.

Email marketing has now become an important way for us to retain customers and sales, but it has also given us a lot of data we didn’t have before. Central to Phil’s approach has been to collate, segment, manage and shape our customer data so we better understand our customers and what they buy.
We’ve been doing this a long time so we actually do understand our business very well, but Phil has now given us better information, which allows us to be more confident when making decisions as we can now see the connection between what we do and the result it creates more clearly than before.
